# Designi ARC community software reuse license

Copyright © 2026 Homer / Designi. Effective for this version: October 3, 2026.

This license covers only original software owned by Homer / Designi. It does not
cover game artwork, maps, item icons, third-party software, community submissions,
or material owned by others. Preserve their separate notices and permissions.
Existing rights granted under an earlier license are not revoked by this file.

The Drupal adapter module and theme under deployment/drupal are separate GPL
integrations and are excluded from these ARC application reuse restrictions.
Their license notices apply to those integration files.

## Community and personal use

You may run the tracker locally for personal use without payment. Visitors may
use the author's Discord community installation and associated author-operated
website without payment or registration. Donations are entirely optional and
provide no additional access, features, source code, or usage rights.

## Hosting, embedding, modification, and redistribution elsewhere

Hosting or embedding the software on another website or Discord installation,
redistributing it, or distributing a modified version requires prior written
permission from Homer / Designi. Permission must identify the authorized domains
or Discord installation and the allowed use. Contact the author through
https://designi.com to arrange those rights. Any license purchase or source-code
agreement is separate from GoFundMe donations; donating does not grant permission.

Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, authorized hosted copies
and modified versions must keep a readable, ordinarily visible “Powered by
Designi” credit linking to https://designi.com and a “Support development” link
to the supplied support page or the author's current designated support page.
Links may not be concealed, disabled, obscured, or deliberately excluded from
the visible embedded map. The author may designate a new support-page address
if the original becomes unavailable. Visitors must never be required to donate.

An authorized host must register its public domain, package type, software
version, and installation ID through the provided owner registration form or
directly with the author when the online service is unavailable. Registration
records a claimed installation; it is not verification of ownership or a grant
of permission. This version contains no visitor tracking or automatic reports.

Source access permits only the uses specified in the separate written agreement.
It does not transfer copyright or authorize public redistribution by itself.

## Warranty

The original software is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind. To the
extent permitted by applicable law, the author is not liable for claims or
damages arising from its use. These terms grant no trademark rights and imply
no endorsement by Embark Studios, Discord, or another third party.
